How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected on the one hand by you providing it to us. This can be, for example, data that you enter in our demo submission form. Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website by our IT systems. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. We specifically collect data through our demo submission form to process your demo submissions. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior on an aggregated, anonymous basis (see Hosting).
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. Furthermore, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of data protection.
We host our website with **Ionos**. The provider collects information about your access to this website (referrer URL, visited website, requested file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, IP address, and the requesting provider). This is used for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. This data is stored directly by the hosting provider.
Data Protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Demo Submission Form (Google Forms)
If you send us inquiries via the demo submission form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by Google in the Google Form responses for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your explicit consent.
The processing of this data is based on your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this, an informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the demo submission form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your demo has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
We use social media links to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. These are purely external links. When you click on these links, you will be redirected to the respective social media platform. We do not embed social media plugins directly that would automatically send data to the social media provider as soon as you visit our website.
Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective social media provider for information on how they handle your personal data.
Right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO)
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to further information (e.g., purposes of processing, categories of personal data, categories of recipients, planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if it was not collected from you, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details).
Right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO)
You have the right to request the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17 DSGVO)
You have the right to demand that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately. This right exists, for example, if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if you withdraw your consent on which the processing was based and there is no other legal basis for the processing. This right does not apply, in particular, insofar as the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO)
You have the right to demand the restriction of processing if one of the following conditions is met:
Right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO)
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us, where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to object (Art. 21 DSGVO)
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Art. 6 (1) DSGVO (data processing in the public interest or for the protection of legitimate interests); this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO)
You have the right to revoke your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO)
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the DSGVO.
